NOTICE OF ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTION IN MOUNTAINBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 16 OF CRAWFORD COUNTY The annual school election in Mountainburg School District No. 16 of Crawford County, Arkansas will be held September 15, 2015 for the purpose of electing 1 member of the Board of Directors of the District for a 5 year term and voting for or against a proposed school tax of 39.1 mills. The proposed school tax consists of: 25 mills for maintenance and operation of schools, and 14.1 mills for debt service previously voted as a continuing levy pledged for the retirement of existing bonded indebtedness. Surplus revenues produced each year by debt service millage may be used by the District for other school purposes after providing for the principal and interest maturing that year and the next six months on all outstanding bonds. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 6-14-102, voting in the Mountainburg School District will be conducted by absentee and early voting only. Early voting will be available September 8 through September 14, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Emergency Operation Center (the old Armory) located at 1820 Chestnut in Van Buren excluding the weekend. ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTION The Annual School Election in Mulberry/Pleasant View Bi-County School District #101 of Crawford County, Arkansas will be held September 15, 2015 voting for or against a total millage of 36.4. In accordance with the requirements of Ark. Code Ann. 6-14-012, notice is hereby given that the polling places for the election is by absentee ballot and early voting only at the County Clerk's office. The polling places were reduced by a resolution by the Board of Directors as allowed by this code because of no change in millage and no contested Board position. NOTICE OF ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTION IN ALMA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 30 OF CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARKANSAS In accordance with the requirements of Ark.
