Mountainburg Women’s Auxiliary will hold auctions for pies and miscellaneous items to benefit Secret Santa for the schools. Concessions will also be available. Event will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Mountainburg Community Building. There will also be live music by four different bands.

Natural Dam Community Center will host a deer hunters pancake breakfast from 4:30 to 10 a.m. There will be pancakes, sausage and a drink for $5 and to-go orders will be available.

Alma Public Library will hold a book signing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with author AmBear Shellea. Call 632-4140.

Cash and the King, featuring tribute artists Keith Cole as Johnny Cash and Michael Cullipher as Elvis, will be held at the King Opera House at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available for $10 and $5. Event will benefit Toys For Tots. Call (479) 414-1187.

Nov. 11

Crawford County Chronicles will be held at the King Opera House immediately following the Veterans Day Parade. World War II veteran Warren Blaylock will be the guest speaker and will recount his war experiences. Call (479) 262-2750. Reservations are not required.

Nov. 11-15

Van Buren Public Library will hold a recycling event and will accept glass, paper, metal, plastic and electronics. Bring personal papers to be shredded. The library is also accepted clothing and non-perishable food items as donations. Each day participants will be entered into a drawing for a prize. Only one entry per day is allowed. Call 474-6045.
