While I have always been a workaholic, I do find 70 hrs in a week a bit excessive. So at least I was able to kill two birds with one stone this week and found the perfect recipe while preparing for an event. It also fits the bill of low carb, for those still sticking to resolutions and with the biggest game of the year only weeks away I thought it would be fitting to help fulfill that game day menu! It can actually double as dinner recipes as well. Quick. Easy. Efficient. The best way to cook!

12 oz. bottle chile sauce

2 teaspoons lemon juice

9 oz. grape jelly

1 lb lean ground beef

1 beaten egg

1 large onion grated

In saucepan combine chile sauce, lemon juice, and grape jelly and whisk well. Pour into slow cooker and let simmer over low heat. Combine beef, egg, and onion thoroughly and roll into 1 inch balls. Add to slow cooker and let cook for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over white rice or makes a great appetizer!
