<p><strong>Hicks</strong></p><p>Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Hicks of Roland, Okla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Leigh Hicks, to Matthew Shea Dodson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dodson of Van Buren. A June wedding is planned. Miss Hicks is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Wood, Edmond Hicks of Muldrow and the late Sylvia Hicks. She has received a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas, and is an accountant with BKD LLP. Mr. Dodson is the grandson of Nila Dodson of Van Buren and the late Billy Dodson, Sue Sanderson of Granbury, Texas, and the late Wayne Sanderson. He graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and is employed by Lumber One.</p>

<p><strong>Carter - Inge</strong></p><p>Kelsie Carter and Kelton Inge, both of Alma, announce their engagement and plans to marry in a 6:30 p.m. outdoor ceremony May 25 at the home of the grandparents of the bridegroom. Ms. Carter is the daughter of Randy and Terri Carter of Alma. She is a 2010 graduate of Alma High School and attends the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, pursuing a degree in nursing. Mr. Inge is the son of Lynn and Cindy Inge of Alma. He is a 2007 graduate of Alma High School, and graduated in 2011 from UAFS with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is an independent insurance agent.</p>

Carter - Inge

An 11 a.m. ceremony is planned May 18 at Fellowship of Christians Church in Russellville, with a lunch reception to follow. Ms. White is the granddaughter of Jane Lorntzen of Hot Springs and the late Paul Lorntzen, Ray and Nadine White of Dardanelle, the late Laura Jo White and Paul and Oahn Semrau of California. A graduate of Arkansas Tech University, she has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and is pursuing a master’s degree in elementary education at ATU. Mr. Ray is the grandson of Artie Ray of Van Buren and the late Velma Ray and the late Harold and Irma Haldeman.
