Poster contest winners

<p>Winners of the Crawford County Conservation District annual poster contest are (front row) Karla Mezquita, first place; Jorge Sandoval, second place; and Haleigh Knights, third place. The contest is open to all fifth graders and is held annually to spark an interest in soil conservation and to celebrate the National Association Conservation Districts Stewardship Week. This year’s theme was “Dig Deeper; Mysteries in the Soil.” King Elementary is the recipient of two Arkansas Green School Challenge awards.</p>
