“Two from Galilee” is a musical adaptation of the book by Margorie Holmes and the show comes direct from a multi-year run at the Promise Theatre in Branson.

With a two-story set, authentic costumes, and a cast and crew of well over 100 people, the production will give audience members a perfect start to their Christmas season.

According to the musical and the story on which it is based, the young couple Mary and Joseph chose to marry for love in spite of the stiff Hebrew tradition of arranged marriages.

Chosen to carry out “a miraculous plan to save mankind,” Mary, a virgin, would give birth to the Son of God. Two families, a community and a religion would be rocked to the core.

First Baptist Van Buren presents the stirring musical drama in the tradition of the best of Broadway.

Audiences can experience the very first Christmas through this one of a kind musical production. “Two from Galilee” will be a family-friendly event to start off the Christmas season.
