<p>State Rep. Charlene Fite (right) presents a plaque from the Arkansas House of Representatives to CASA of Crawford County volunteer Daphne Richmond for her service to Court Appointed Special Advocates. The presentation was made during Monday’s volunteer appreciation dinner at the Crawford County Adult Education Center. “I did not get this by myself,” Richmond said. “Without all the volunteers working together with the help of judges, attorneys, Celeste Lewis and B.J. Lea this could not have happened.”</p>
