In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren March 19, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• David Eugene Schoening Sr., 50, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and felon in possession of a firearm and was sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren March 20, Judge Mike Medlock heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• John Wayne Rush, 24, Van Buren pleaded guilty to theft of scrap metal and breaking or entering and had a five year prison sentence suspended on the condition he do 30 days of community service and pay $11,267.08 restitution, jointly and severally, $750 fine and $170 court costs.

• Damian Scott Rayder, 38, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to two counts of breaking or entering and two counts of theft of property and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction to be followed by a six-year suspended prison sentence. He is to have no contact with the victims.

• Michael Lee Ree, 56, of Van Buren pleaded no contest to second-degree battery, second-degree criminal mischief and fleeing in a vehicle and was sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction to be followed by a six-year suspended prison sentence. The sentence will run concurrently with one he received in Washington County.

• Sasha Melissa Hugg, 25, of Charleston, N.D., pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and had a six-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay a $1,500 fine, $170 court costs, $250 fee for DNA sampling and $125 drug task force fee.

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren March 21, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Edwards Manuel Rivas, 50, of Mantario, Calif., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia and had a five-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay a $2,500 fine, $170 court costs and $250 fee for DNA sampling. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Joshua Douglas Millsap, 23, of Mulberry pleaded guilty to fleeing in a vehicle and reckless driving and had a three-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay $1,094.76 restitution, $1,000 fine, $170 court costs and $250 fee for DNA sampling.

• Eric Kendall Jones, 48, of Mountainburg pleaded guilty to theft of property and failure to appear and had a six-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay $2,550 restitution, $2,500 fine and $170 court costs.

• Kellie Jeanette Holly, 42, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine and had a five-year prison sentence suspended.

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren April 2, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Christopher Clayton Willis, 23, of Rudy pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening, felon in possession of a firearm and first-degree terroristic threatening and was sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction to be followed by a 10-year prison sentence.
