Pleas - Aug. 16, 2014

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren Aug. 11, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Jonathan David Parker, 37, of Bentonville pleaded guilty to theft of property and habitual offender and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction to be followed by a seven-year suspended prison sentence. Parker was banned from Walmart and given credit for time served.

• Jason Steven Nybye, 34, of Clarksville pleaded guilty to theft by deception, theft of property and theft by receiving and had a five-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay $2,065 restitution, $1,500 in fines, $340 court costs and $250 fee for DNA sampling.

• Mark Anthony Hyatt, 44, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to breaking or entering, theft of property and habitual offender and was sentenced to 120 days at a regional correctional facility to be followed by a 10-year suspended prison sentence on the condition he pay $245 restitution.

• Corey Foster Yarbrough, 27, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to fleeing in a vehicle and had a six-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay a $1,500 fine and $170 court costs.

• Raymond Scott Harris, 32, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to residential burglary and had a 10-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay $397.88 restitution and $1,500 fine.

• Dustin Paul Hallman, 27, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to theft by receiving and fleeing in a vehicle and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction to be followed by a six-year suspended prison sentence on the condition he pay $2,000 restitution. The sentence will run concurrently with a parole violation and Hallman was given credit for time served.

• Lynne Elizabeth Inness, 42, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to theft of property and was sentenced to two years at a regional correctional facility to be followed by an 18-year suspended prison sentence on the condition she pay $100,688.15 restitution and $250 fee for DNA sampling. She will complete the longterm drug treatment program and the prison sentence will satisfy fines and court costs.

• Bryan Kevin Anderson, 23, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to residential burglary and theft of property and was sentenced to 120 days at a regional correctional facility to be followed by a 10-year suspended prison sentence on the condition he pay $1,668.81 restitution and $250 fee for DNA sampling.
