Rescued dogs - Dec. 11, 2013

The Van Buren Police Department has announced dogs picked up by its animal control division Dec. 2-8. The dogs are currently at the department’s pen and may be rescued by calling (479) 474-1234.

• Female gray poodle mix wearing a blue nylon collar found at the intersection of Rena Road and Peevyhouse Road.

• Female tan and black terrier mix found at the intersection of Rena Road and Peevyhouse Road.

• Male red and white Pomeranian wearing red nylon collar with a tag that says “Bruno” found at the intersection of North 12th Street and Chestnut Street.

• Female tan chihuahua mix wearing a nylon collar with skulls found on South 41st Circle.

• Female black corgi mix found at the intersection of Bon Air and Laura Lane.

• Male black chow mix found in the 800 block of Sandstone Drive.

• Female black and brown dachshund mix wearing tan nylon collar found on North 9th Street.

• Female gray miniature poodle mix found in the 100 block of Knox Street.

• Male tan Scottish terrier mix found at the Shadow Walk Townhouses on North 28th Street.

• Female boxer mix wearing blue nylon collar found in the 700 block of North 9th Street.
