After graduating from the University of Arkansas he worked for the Arkansas Athletes Outreach, participating and organizing many mission trips including Honduras, Dominican Republic, India, Bolivia, Morocco and Haiti.
He started and has pastored a ministry in Fayetteville called “The Link” for college students and young adults. In 2010, he founded Kairos, a college student leadership program, now offered by Work Matters in Northwest Arkansas in its ongoing curriculum. Foliart is certified to train the leadership programs P.E.P. by Laurie Beth Jones and “HABITUDE” by Dr. Tim Elmore, a former student of John Maxwell.
Just this past fall, his first book, “Rooted: Reach Deep, Burn Bright, Stand Strong” was published and in January of this year, he and his wife, Cassandra and their two children, Lucas and Sofia, moved to Lima, Peru, to begin work planting churches and growing others to lead ministries. His company, Multipli International, still home-based out of Fayetteville, is a 501C3 foundation that cultivates Leadership Culture, Assistance Culture, Marketplace Culture and Praying Culture.
