Hazel Pitchford

Hazel Iona Pitchford, 89, of Van Buren died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at a local hospital. She was a retired seamstress for Kay Chair Co. in Van Buren, member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and widow of Henry Pitchford.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by a daughter, Hazel Moore of Van Buren; two sons, Buster Pitchford and Paul Pitchford, both of Van Buren; a brother, Curtis Drum of Pocola; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Terry and Carroll McClure, Tommy Bowen, Doug Shade, Bill Farrar, Randy Loyd and Gary Bowen.

Visition will be 5-7 Friday at the funeral home.
