Larry W. Lynn of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at a local nursing home. He was born March 2, 1938, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Lawrence T. and Minnie L. Lynn. He grew up and attended school in Louisville, Ky., and Western Kentucky State College. In 1961-1962 he came to Arkansas with Kentucky 100th Division Army to train at Fort Chaffee during Berlin Crisis. He was employed by Rhodes Chevrolet for 35 years.
Memorial service will be at noon Saturday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren.
He is survived by Lynn W. Lynn; stepdaughter, Jennifer W. Williams; the loving family of Michelle Dodds and Sherri and Wade Lewis; his living dogs, Tasha, Chade, Sophie, Izzie; son, Aaron Lynn of Fort Worth; daughter, Paige Baldwin; and two grandchildren.
