Joyce Lorine Brandon, 76, of Mulberry died Sunday, June 2, 2013. She was born March 6, 1937, in Mammoth Springs, of the Pentecostal Faith and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Quinton; two sons, Darrell and James Brandon, both of Mulberry; two daughters, Yvette Brandon of Mulberry and Qujette Jones of Alma; a brother, nine sisters, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. today at Pope Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy and Joshua Medlock, Travis Brandon, James Efurd Jr., David Goins, Ben Jones and Duane Moore.

Vernon Lee Knight Jr., 54, of Alma died Thursday, May 30, 2013, at his home. He was born in Fort Smith, self-employed aluminum siding installer and attended Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Medlock of Alma; his mother and stepfather, Gloria and Gerald Roberts of Fort Smith; a brother, Bud Knight of Fort Smith; two stepbrothers, Bill Roberts of Lavaca and Jim Roberts of Barling; a sister, Susie Hassett of Fort Smith; and two grandchildren.
Funeral was June 4 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith with burial at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith.
Pallbearers were Bud Knight, Jim, Bill and Ian Roberts, J.P. Hassett and Jake Sharp.
Jason Michael Hiler, 34, of Van Buren died Friday, May 31, 2013, in Clinton, Okla. He was born March 4, 1979, in Talihina, employee of Acme Trucking and a member of Kibler Baptist Church.
He survived by his wife, April; two daughters, Sydney and Payton Hiler, both of the home; mother, Nancy Hiler of Poteau; sister, Samantha Pinnell of Heavener; and maternal grandmother, Jo Ann Hiler of Poteau.
Funeral was June 4 at Kibler Baptist Church with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers were David Mize, Clinton Pinnell, Dave Longobucco, Thomas Brown II, Willie Trotter and Les Woodral.

Steven Todd Cooper, 46, of Chester died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, in Fort Worth. He was a truck driver for G.T. Transportation Services in Van Buren.
No service is scheduled. Arrangments were under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
He is survived by a daughter, Christine of Mountainburg; his parents, David and Rose Cooper of Chester; a sister, Sherry Lea Cooper of Achille, Okla.; a brother, David Cooper Jr. of Alma; and two grandsons.
Thomas G. Bloxom, 80, of Tulsa formerly of Alma, died Thursday, May 30, 2013, in Tulsa. He was born April 5, 1933, in Lockney, Texas, to the late Albert and Allie Bloxom. For the past 30 years he worked as a court reporter for the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, was a 32nd degree mason and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Delta Lodge 425, Scottish Rite of Tulsa and Newberry Chapel United Methodist Church in Alma.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Bloxom of the home; a son, Greg Bloxom and wife Laura of Jenks, Okla.; a brother, Bill Bloxom and wife Barbara of Santa Fe, N.M.; and two grandchildren, Amanda Bloxom of Denver and Brett Bloxom of Estes Park, Colo.
Funeral was June 4 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
