Harold Ray Turner, 65, of Fort Smith died July 8, 2013, in Fort Smith. He was born Dec. 13, 1947, in Fort Smith. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Van Buren. He was a graduate of Northside High School, and was a professional truck driver for 30 years, as well as a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard. He was a faithful, loving husband, father, brother and son. He was also a lifelong auto racing fan and raced cars at Razorback Speedway in the 1960s and 1970s. He was preceded in death by his father, James Turner.
Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Van Buren, with his son, the Rev. Steve Farris and Powell Sanders officiating. The family is requesting casual dress.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Patricia Turner; two sons, Mike Farris of Fort Smith and Steve and wife Michelle Farris of Keller, Texas; one daughter, Nikki and husband Kevin Chitwood of Fort Smith; his mother, Minnie Turner of Fort Smith; three sisters, Patsy, Edna and Debbie Turner, all of Fort Smith; three uncles, George Turner and wife Nadine of Van Buren, William Turner and wife Diana of Tecumseh, Okla., and Homer Bailey and wife Wyoma, of Frisco, Calif.; and five grandchildren, Hunter Farris of Lewis, Wash., Kayleigh and Allyson Farris, both of Keller, Texas, and Hayden and Madison Chitwood, both of Fort Smith.

Linda Vest Lovelace of Brazoria, Texas, died July 1, 2013, at her home. She was born in Kokoma, Ind., Aug. 19, 1965.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; a daughter, Jessica; stepmother, Melinda Vest; and two sisters, Delores Glidewell and Robbyne Forbes, both of Fort Smith.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. today at Jackson Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Delores Elizabeth Caswell, 83, of Rudy died July 9, 2013, at her home. She was born March 12, 1930, in Topeka, Kan., member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Figure Five and widow of Gene Caswell.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Caswell of Rudy and Terrill Greig Caswell of Vilonia; a sister, Emogene Hutchinson of Summers; four grandchildren and three great-grandsons.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. today at Vista Freewill Baptist Church in Van Buren with burial at noon at Dutch Mills Cemetery under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
Pallbearers will be Matt, David and Nathaniel Caswell, Morgan Ellis and Kent and Kevin Cox.
Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. today at the church.

Ronnie Thorpe, 52, of Alma died July 8, 2013, at his residence. He was born in Torrance, Calif., and was a roofer.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Thorpe; two daughters, Connie Perez of Newport, R.I., and Rikki Thorpe of California; a son, Trevor Smith of Los Angeles; two sisters, Candy Jiminez of Harbor City, Calif., and Debbie Stephens of Mulberry; a brother, Robert Thorpe of Van Buren; and two grandchildren.
Memorial service was July 12 at Hearts of Hope Church in Alma. Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Geneieve Stephens Lunsford, 74, of Van Buren died July 4, 2013. She was born Feb. 12, 1939, in Van Buren and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Dorman Lunsford; three sons, Jeffrey, Steven and Christopher Lunsford; and six grandchildren.
Norma Faye Rogers, 84, of Van Buren died July 11, 2013, at a local nursing home. She was a former employee at Kay Chair Company, attended Van Buren Freewill Baptist Church and was the widow of Pollard Gene Rogers.
She is survived by three sons, Bobby Hamm of Muldrow, Okla., John Maxwell of Van Buren and Gary Maxwell of Fort Smith; two brothers, Ray Young of Alma and Olen Young of Van Buren; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
