Theresa Freeman

Theresa Renee Freeman of Mulberry went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at age 45. She was a faithful servant of the Lord. She and her husband were youth pastors at Grandview Assembly of God in Natural Dam and Uniontown Assembly of God. They were also children’s pastors at Mulberry First Assembly of God. Theresa used her beautiful voice to sing at several different area churches. She was a loving wife and mother adored by her girls. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Jay Freeman; and sister-in-law, Terri Brown.

She is survived by three daughters, Brianna McBee and husband Clint of Alma and Charity and Destiny, both of the home; her husband, Mitch; her parents, John and Donna Henson of Mulberry; her brother, Tony Henson and wife Twila of Gans; niece and nephew, Lauren and Logan; and mother-in-law, Ruth Freeman of Natural Dam.

Funeral was Oct. 18 at First Assembly of God in Mulberry with Brother Dewayne Moore, Brother Hubert Staggs and Brother Larry and Linda Robbins officiating with burial at Rankin Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.

Pallbearers were John Mackey, Steve Golden, Dewayne Driggers, Kevin McPhail and Randy Jones.

Honorary pallbearers were Adam Carlton, Connor Whitson, Harold Davis, Tommy Johnson, James Moore, Wayne Alderson, Eddie Alderson and Lynn Robertson.
