<p>Western Arkansas Counseling and Guidance Center and the Consumer Counts Council sponsored a “Walk in Our Shoes” event in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month May 31 at Ben Geren Park in Fort Smith. The Consumers Count held a balloon release honoring Mental Health Awareness Month. Activities also included tricycle races, face painting, games and information booths. The Guidance Center has a service clinic at Crawford County Clinic, 2705 Oak St., Van Buren.</p>
