<p>SUBMITED • The Arkansas Wildcats 12U team won the USSSA Global World Series on July 2 in Gulf Shores, Ala. The team is comprised of players from Van Buren, Alma, Greenwood and Fort Smith. The four-day tournament included teams from Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky, Alabama, Indiana, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida. The Wildcats finished the season ranked No. 1 in Arkansas and No. 12 in the nation.
