MONTICELLO — The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys football team (2-2, 2-1 Great American Conference) will resume conference play this Saturday, Oct. 5, when they head south to face the University of Arkansas-Monticello Boll Weevils (2-2, 2-1 GAC). Kickoff from Convoy Leslie-Cotton Boll Stadium is set for 3 p.m.

The Wonder Boys will face a much-improved Boll Weevils team that has racked up 293.2 passing yards per contest, in contrast to the Tech defense which has allowed a league-low 171.2 passing yards per game.
Tech is coming off a tough 44-34 loss at Nicholls State that saw tailback Ketrich Harmon rush for 182 yards on ten carries. The senior is averaging 9.8 yards per carry this season, and has not been tackled for loss since the East Central game last season.
The game marks the final game of a three-game road swing for Arkansas Tech, who returns to Thone Stadium at Buerkle Field Oct. 12 to face Southern Arkansas.
